Ustegify (“we”, “us”) operates Ustegify. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what control you have over it. We have deliberately built the Service to hold as little data as possible, for as short a time as possible.
To create and host your pages, to unlock and maintain your account access, to process payments, to send you account emails such as sign-in and password-reset links, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not read your pages except where strictly necessary to investigate a specific abuse report or a technical fault.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade it. We do not show third-party advertising, and we do not share your content with advertisers.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
This is the important part. Accounts on Ustegify are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after activation, together with all pages, uploaded photos and associated records. Deletion is automated and irreversible. We retain only a minimal record of the email address of a deleted account, so that we can tell a returning user that their account expired rather than showing a confusing error, and basic payment records where we are legally required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sign-in and reset links are cryptographically signed and expire after 30 minutes. Sensitive routes are rate-limited against brute-force attempts, and session cookies are HTTP-only and restricted to same-site use.
No system is perfectly secure. Your page is protected by a 6-digit code that you choose and share — anyone holding both the link and the code can open it. Please do not put sensitive financial, health or confidential information into a page.
You may access, correct or delete your data at any time. Pages can be edited or deleted from your dashboard, and deleting your account removes everything associated with it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and comparable laws elsewhere — you may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@ustegify.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in and to remember which pages you have unlocked during a visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The Service is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy; the current version is always published here with its revision date.
