Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ustegify does not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. Ustegify is a digital service. Everything you purchase is delivered electronically over the internet. Accordingly, no courier, postal or logistics service is involved, and no shipping charges are levied at any time.

1. What is delivered

On purchase, you receive a one-time activation that unlocks the Page builder on your Ustegify account for 7 days. During that period you may create personalised, PIN-protected web Pages and share their links with recipients of your choosing.

2. When it is delivered

Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as our payment gateway confirms your payment, your account is activated — normally within a few seconds — and the Page builder becomes available in your dashboard. There is no waiting period, no dispatch and no delivery date.

3. How delivery is confirmed

• A confirmation is displayed on screen immediately after payment.
• Your activated status and remaining access period are visible in your dashboard at any time.
• Each Page you publish has its own private link and 6-digit access code, shown in your dashboard and copyable at any time.

4. Delivery address

As no physical goods are involved, no postal address is required or collected for delivery. Service delivery is tied to the email address registered on your account.

5. If delivery fails

If your payment has been debited but your access has not been unlocked within 30 minutes, please contact us at hello@ustegify.com with your payment ID, date and amount. We will either activate your account manually or refund you in full — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
