Ustegify does not sell physical goods, and therefore does not accept returns or exchanges. Ustegify provides a digital service that is delivered electronically and instantly on payment. There is no item to return, exchange or send back.
What you purchase is a one-time activation granting access to our online Page builder for 7 days. Access is granted immediately and in full at the moment of payment, and is consumed as soon as it is supplied. As no tangible product changes hands, the concepts of return, exchange, replacement and warranty do not apply.
Your rights in relation to money paid are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, we refund in full where there has been a duplicate payment, where payment was debited but access was not granted, where a prolonged failure on our side prevented you from using the Services, or wherever a refund is required by applicable Indian law.
