These Terms govern your use of Ustegify (the “Service”), operated by Ustegify, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By creating an account, making a payment, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Ustegify lets you create personalised, PIN-protected web pages and share them with people you choose. We provide the templates, the hosting and the link. You provide the words, names, photos and the secret code.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make a payment. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
Access to the page builder is unlocked by a one-time activation payment. Activation grants access for 7 days from the date of that payment. During this period you may create and publish as many pages as you wish, subject to fair use (section 6).
Automatic deletion. When the access period ends, the account and everything associated with it — pages, uploaded images, and the links you have shared — are permanently deleted by an automated process. Deleted content cannot be restored. You may extend your access at any time before expiry from your dashboard, which resets the period. It is your responsibility to save anything you wish to keep, and to renew before expiry if you want your pages to stay online.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Your use of Razorpay is additionally subject to their own terms and privacy policy.
We may change our pricing at any time. Changes do not affect an access period you have already paid for.
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write — your messages, names, photographs and other material (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it strictly for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering your page to the people you share it with. This licence ends when the content is deleted.
You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it, including the consent of any identifiable person appearing in a photograph you upload. You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree to indemnify and hold Ustegify harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.
You may not use the Service to create, store or share material that:
You also may not attempt to breach or probe our security, scrape the Service, resell or white-label it, overload our infrastructure, or use automated means to create accounts or pages.
We may suspend or terminate any account, and remove any content, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or refund, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where we are required to act by law or by a valid complaint.
The Service itself — including its templates, designs, animations, code, text, name and branding — is owned by Ustegify and protected by law. Paying for access does not transfer any ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, decompile, modify or create derivative works from the Service, nor use our name or branding without prior written permission.
Pages are protected by a 6-digit code that you set and share. This provides meaningful privacy but is not a security guarantee: anyone who has both your link and your code can open the page, and you control who receives them. Please do not use the Service to store sensitive personal, financial, health or confidential information.
We work to keep the Service running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, network issues or matters beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ustegify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or missed occasion, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any failure of a page to open, display or deliver at a particular moment.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be waived by agreement.
The Service relies on third parties including Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider, and email delivery providers. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or outages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
